My own initiation
Initiating the inner King.
When I initiated my inner King, here is what changed. Most business owners who reach me are already capable and already successful, and still stuck: reactive, defensive, or absent in the places that matter most. Many of the men who have completed the Initiation report a similar shift.
I stopped building to prove my worth. I got clearer about what the business is for and who it serves. I made fewer reactive decisions, delegated better, and became more disciplined with money, time and attention.
I became less volatile, less threatened by disagreement. I could give direct feedback without confusion. I held higher standards without humiliation. I made hard decisions without going cold with the people I love and employ.
I became less defensive, less interested in winning every argument. I can hear criticism without hearing disrespect. I can name what I feel and set boundaries more assertively. I can be loving without it feeling like weakness.
My children do not experience the business competing with them for my attention. I give structure without domination, discipline without fear.
I am less dependent on achievement, status or approval to tell me who I am. I can sit with uncertainty, failure and shame without it ruling who I am.

About the coach

Thirty minutes, one to one, online via Zoom. A man tells me where he is, what he is carrying, and what he wants next. I tell him honestly whether I can help. I tell him what would need to change, and which way of working fits, if either.
